• All Sales Are Final: All purchases made during our Seconds & Sample Sale are final. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before making a purchase.
• Free Shipping or Other Discounts Do Not Apply: Free shipping and all discount codes do not apply during the sale timeframe. Shipping is a flat rate fee of $9.95 within Australia and $14.95 International. This will be added at checkout.

• No Returns Accepted: We do not accept returns on items purchased during this sale. Each item is sold as-is and may include unique characteristics or minor imperfections contributing to its charm.
• No Exchanges Permitted: Due to the limited inventory and special pricing of our Seconds & Sample Sale, we cannot offer exchanges on any items purchased during this event.
• No Credits or Refunds Issued: Once a purchase is made, we will not issue any credits or refunds. Please ensure that you are certain of your selections before finalising your purchase.
• Product Conditions: The items available during this sale may include samples, seconds, or end-of-line products. Descriptions and images of the products will be provided as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that variations in colour, texture, and minor imperfections are natural characteristics of the leather and may be more prominent in seconds and sample items.
• Inventory and Availability: All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are chosen at random should there be multiple of the same item available and are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of any item and reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory errors.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, conditions, and these terms & conditions before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of seconds and sample sale items and accept them as-is.
