We hope you love your Bahru bag. If you have any queries about your bag purchase please contact us at hello@bahru.com.au

Bahru does not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind or if you have misused the product.

If there is a fault with your bag please contact us at hello@bahru.com.au and we will provide you with a return code.

Customers are responsible for the cost of posting faulty items to Bahru and we suggest that you use a postage method you can track.

In the first instance we will repair your item, if this is not possible we will replace the item. If we cannot repair or replace the item we will offer you a refund at the same value as your original purchase. Bahru will cover the cost of posting the repaired or replaced item.

SALE items.  All sale items are final and returns are not possible.
