All existing returns and exchanges conditions and warranty are NOT applied to items purchased in a "Sale" or “Slightly Imperfect Sale”. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason. All items are new & unused - just do not meet our high standards for one or more of the reasons listed below:
- leather marks in general
- sample products - new designs before they were perfected!
- stitching issues
- stiff or faulty zipper (still functioning)
- irregular shape
- missing or faulty studs
- leather susceptible to marks
- faulty or missing toggles
- faulty lining
- minor scratches
- strap colour may not match exact colour of bag
- variation on standard colours
