All existing returns and exchanges conditions and warranty are NOT applied to items purchased in our Sales. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.

All items are new & unused - either run-out pieces and / or may not meet our high standards for one or more of the reasons listed below:
- Run-Out styles and / or colours
- general leather marks
- sample products - new designs before they were perfected!
- stitching issues
- stiff or faulty zipper (still functioning)
- irregular shape
- missing or faulty studs
- leather susceptible to marks
- faulty or missing toggles
- faulty lining
- minor scratches
- strap colour may not match exact colour of bag
- variation on standard colours
